For the times when you want to step up the pace, action-packed Great Yarmouth is only 8 miles away with its various shops, bustling market and fun-filled pleasure beach! Accommodation One double bedroom with ensuite (bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC). Well equipped fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Spacious sitting room with dining area, living flame gas fire and sofa bed. Amenities Gas central heating with additional heating from 'living flame' gas fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, video, hi-fi system, selction of books and games etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared use of large lawned garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk, beach 7 mins walk.
